A REPORT ON THE 3rd MANDATE – Cambodia: October 6, 2018.

On October 6, 2018, Cambodian Tong Il Moodo Federation (CTMF) held a the General Assembly for its 3rd Mandate 2018-2022 at National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) presided by H.E Chey Chap, the President of Cambodian Tong Il Moodo Federation and Adviser of the Royal Government of Cambodia with 70 martial arts students, instructors, and Vice-Ministers from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. In this General Assembly, it was to conclude its 2nd term (2013-2018), which CTMF has been working very hard to promote this sport to Cambodian society, and to the world. In 2015 we had the 1st National Championship organized by CTMF and particularly, in 2016 and 2017 Cambodian Tong Il Moodo organized National Championship with the full fund support from the Ministry of Educaiton, Youth and Sports, and the martial students participated in various international competitions.

For this new mandate, the President and Executive Committee Members of Cambodian Tong Il Moodo Federation will focus on more on Hyo Jeong Character Education which we believe that the spiritual and physical strength must be in balance, and we have vision to put it into South-East Asian Games (SEA Games) by 2023 that Cambodia will be the host. In order to do that we need at least 6-7 nations which play Tong Il Moo Do that recognize by National Olympic Committee and Sport Authority in each nation; and we really want to go to Olympic Games in the future that we can promote World Peace through sport as Dr. Sun Myung Moon wishes to do. We need the support from World Tong Il Moo Do to promote itself into the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Thank you very much.
