In commemoration of the Youth Day the Paraguayan Association of Tong-il Moo-do has done SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR under the Agreement between the our Association and the National Secretariat of Sports. All Teachers and student received CERTIFICATES signed by SPORTS MINISTER MR. VICTOR MANUEL PECCI.
